With over two decades of experience
in the construction industry,
Vicky is a dedicated Civil Engineer by profession and an
enthusiastic entrepreneur. He has co-founded several companies
alongside like -minded individuals, reflecting a fervent
commitment to business.
Vicky is the co-founder of DUO CORPORATION Ltd, a
construction company based in Rwanda, in which Vicky has
overseen various projects in roads and buildings; He has recently founded RUTI
INVEST Ltd, an investment consulting firm, that focuses on diverse infrastructure
projects; with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions and advise clients in
various sectors such as water, construction, and transportation.
Furthermore, Vicky is currently the Managing Director of DUVAL GREAT LAKES Ltd, a subsidiary of the "GROUPE DUVAL ", registered in Rwanda and focused in the real estate business, this subsidiary is actively involved in the investment of an upcoming commercial mixed - use development near the Kigali Convention Centre.
Additionally, Vicky is the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors at UGOLF GREAT LAKES Ltd a subsidiary of the " UGOLF / GROUPE DUVAL " this entity manages the Kigali Golf Course, an 18 -hole Golf course and villas. Vicky also spearheaded the development of a 20,000 square meters iconic commercial building in the heart of the City of Kigali in Rwanda under PCD Ltd.
Furthermore, Vicky is currently the Managing Director of DUVAL GREAT LAKES Ltd, a subsidiary of the "GROUPE DUVAL ", registered in Rwanda and focused in the real estate business, this subsidiary is actively involved in the investment of an upcoming commercial mixed - use development near the Kigali Convention Centre.
Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Vicky is committed to empowering the youth, He serves as vice-chairman of the Board of Directors for RWANDA CHILDREN, a nonprofit organization which exists to provide daily shelter, food, medical care, education, and hope to at-risk Rwanda children in the name of Jesus.
Active in the business community, Vicky is a member of the YOUNG PRESIDENTS ORGANIZATION (YPO) specifically the regional chapter - YPO Africa Great Lakes. He is also a member of the CLUB d'AFFAIRE FRANÇAIS au Rwanda and has served as its first President.
In addition to his professional commitments, Vicky finds fulfilment in mentoring and motivating young entrepreneurs venturing in the field of construction. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rwanda. Vicky resides in Kigali, married and a proud father of three children.
